Any time I offer a discount on a product, I need to make some reasonable rules to avoid the fraudsters and profiteers who want to buy up the whole shipment so they can hoard it, double the price and resell it. Sometimes, like now, I'm not allowed by the manufacturer to advertise a price lower than a certain amount. These rules are in place to make sure everyone gets a chance to take advantage of the offer and that we can keep getting Fourniers in the future.
Confidentiality: By purchasing, you agree that you will not post the price you paid for your decks online. (All PCF members receive the same discounts.) This is a requirement of a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) agreement I signed with the manufacturer in order to purchase the decks.
Exceptions: No discount has been extended to the purchase of single decks. I'd prefer to sell the decks in pairs.
Maximum discount allowable: The maximum discount allowed during any one order or 30-day period will be $10.00. (Ten dollars.) If a member purchases more than five items, any additional items will be at the retail price.
Reasonable limits apply to all sales: I reserve the right to decline the sale if the amount ordered is unreasonably large or appears to be an attempt to buy for resale or exhaust the supply of cards.
This offer is not permanent. It is intended to be for a limited amount of time. It may be extended or cancelled at any time.

How to order:
To get the PCF member discount, send a PM to Dennis 63 on Poker Chip Forum. Include the following information:

- Your name and shipping address for the label
- The specific decks and quantities you'd like to order
- Your preferred method of payment -- PayPal or Square
- An email address for Square or your PayPal email address
- Insurance choice: Declined, insured for $100 or insure for full value

Shipping & Insurance
All cards will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. A tracking number will be provided.
Priority Mail now includes $100 of insurance. Because of the high value of these cards, if you order more than that amount, I'd encourage you to insure your shipment for the full value.
